Frequently Asked Questions

What if I’m not ready for in-person care?

That’s completely fine. Many of the people we support start with short virtual check-ins. We’ll build trust and confidence with you, at your pace.

Can I combine more than one support package?

Yes. Support can shift and grow over time. Many people start with one package and transition naturally to another.

How do I know which package is right for me?

You don’t need to figure that out alone. Just reach out and we’ll help guide you through what fits best right now.

Is this service only for people with a diagnosis?

No. You don’t need a formal diagnosis to receive support. If you’re struggling, isolated, or anxious — we’re here for you.

Do I need a referral?

Not always. You can self-refer or contact us directly. We also accept referrals from professionals, families, and community organisations.

What happens after I get in touch?

We’ll have a gentle conversation to understand what you need and what feels comfortable. From there, we’ll shape the right plan together.
